The location was fantastic for exploring local attractions. On-site parking was available and made travel easy (a great benefit!). The staff were friendly and helpful. I found the room large and the beds comfortable.
The entrance from the car park felt unwelcoming. It could certainly use some modernization to create a better first impression for arriving guests.

i found the hotel to have a really central location, ideal. the staff provided top notch service. my room was spacious and quite clean, i appreciated that. the reception and bar area had an excellent feel to them too.
the car parking spaces were quite tight. the entrance from the car park could use some modernizing. it didn't give the best first impression.

the hotel's location was convenient to visit attractions. there were also many restaurants nearby i enjoyed a wide variety of shopping options close to the hotel
the first room i had was cold and only one socket worked. i also did not have warm water from the tap i moved to a second room that had black mould inside the wardrobe and on the window surrounds
